Great car hire company. Picked up from Alicante, straightforward collection. I had paid and was on my way within 10 minutes. No trying to sell me insurance or upgrades I didn't need. The car was new, clean and had half a tank of fuel in, returned it empty. Drop off is just as easy. Would highly recommend.
Excellent car hire company easy straight forward booking the only car company I found that had no hidden costs everything explained in black and white. Car was great clean comfortable representative was very friendly and helpful and answered all questions all emails answered good price for hire. A great service with a friendly greeting at the airport, followed by clear and precise instructions,with extra information ie... documents explaining all that you would need to know to leave from and return to the airport.The fuel policy was agreeable and the excess waiver charge was at an acceptable extra cost. Well worth it in my opinion! Oh the added sat nav was an excellent and most welcome addition. Well done rent Coys Rent a Car....You set an example that the other companies could learn a lot from.I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again, when in the region.Many thanks , Barry.
Couldn't have wanted for more. Based on other recommendations we booked with Coys (much better price than the quotes from the big names) and we were so pleased with everything: Great reception from the team at the airport. Great quality new car. Great handover. No pressure selling of additional insurance that wasn't needed and we were underway to our villa really quickly. The drop off was equally as easy with the same great team looking after us. Would highly recommend based on our experience.
Rented a car for 9 days and it was the so straight forward. We were told to meet the member of staff at the Tourist Info Centre (right by arrivals) and he was there waiting. He explained everything, took us to our car and as well detailed instructions, he gave us a sheet in case we forgot. No queuing, no language barrier. Thank you making it so stress free.
